Shortcodes can simply be created by adjusting the required options and settings from within the shortcode builder, once you have chosen the style and settings you require click the Create Shortcode button, this will populate the text area at the top of the page with the settings you have changed from the default.

The Shortcode can be copied (Ctrl-C) from the text area and pasted (Ctrl-V) into the page, post or HTML template as required.
